I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with many years of experience working with children and adults. I have always wanted to pursue certification in Art Therapy, because I know the healing power of experiential, expressive work with clients. I am at a juncture in my life where I am considering moving to the Santa Fe area to pursue this goal. I know that I need information regarding tuition assistance, job possibilities, and best places to live. I look forward to hearing from you about the options available.

I have always wanted to be an art therapist, and am seeking an online school that will help me do this. I have a masters in psychology and have been an artist all my life. I live in Las Cruces NM, so don’t have access to a brick and mortar school. Can you recommend an online school for me in art therapy?

Your link to the New Mexico Art Therapy Association, affiliate chapter of AATA, is incorrect on this website. I’ve attempted to contact you via Facebook since you don’t have a “contact us” option on this website.
Here is the CORRECT link to the New Mexico Chapter of AATA: http://www.NewMexicoArtTherapy.com
Thank you.
